Game loading eternally after installing HD pack.

I installed it, and then this

(Non BSA version) and now when I load a save game I am on a loading screen forever. :\

oh hey I verified the game cache and FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ONE MEGABYTES failed to download properly and have to be redownloaded.
