Bug because of Steam Cloud

There's this annoying bug I'm having. You know that fence, what temporary appears around buildings being constructed? I have that around every finished building. I already posted about this before http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...or-bugs-Forums (has pics).
Now, I recenty did a windows clean install(clean the hard drive, start from scratch). I decided to download RUSE, but I still got this bug. Probably because of Steam cloud, so I logged in with another Steam account I have, downloaded RUSE demo and saw, that buildings don't have fences around anymore (on that account).
Therefore, I got my bug from Steam Cloud. How do I reinstall my RUSE game from scratch, without Steam Cloud ♥♥♥♥ing my ♥♥♥♥ up?
