New Update Gone

Hi, this morning when starting my computer it did a startingrepair and it was set back to when all was working, nothing was to disappear but recent installations and the new update for Mw3 Multiplayer was one of them, now I am on the old version 1.4 and i cannot play.

What to do?

right click the game and go to properties, then click on local files and start verifying them game caches!
