Anyone know if Amazon Code Works?

I'm really looking forward to playing this game. How ever just curious if anyone bought this bad boy off Amazon and if the CD key worked in steam? It is 5 bucks cheaper on amazon plus I have Amazon credit only real reason.

Yep. Just did this tonight. Don't download it from Amazon though. Just activate the key in Steam and download it that way. Much faster.
