Condition Zero Deleted Scenes Config File Bug

I just remembered another bug with Deleted Scenes that was really frusterating until I found a fix. This bug involves the config.cfg file. When I first did my preferred settings and then clicked Apply and OK, it was fine. However, when I exited the game and then loaded it again, it ALWAYS changed back to the default settings. So after trying many different things, I finally figured out what was going on. The game, by default, doesn't save your settings at all. It doesn't create a config.cfg file unless you do this: You have to open the console and type writecfg and then press Enter. Then it properly creates a config.cfg file in the proper location which is in the condition zero deleted scenes\czeror folder. Then once it's there, your settings will always save properly when you exit the game.

Something else I noticed is that in the options menu, the Weather Quality setting is always set to Low even if you change it and save. So to fix that, you have to open the console and type cl_weather 3 and then exit the game to save that setting. When you go back to the options, the Weather Quality setting is still low, but if you check cl_weather in the console, it's still 3 and it stays at 3 (unless you change it)
