Can you delete a steam account?

Hello All,

So - here's my issue. I have an old steam account that I set up when i installed Half Life 2 - I now have a new account and i re-installed HL2 but wont let me play due to the fact I activated the game with the original account.

Is there a way to either Delete the old account or deactivate the game and re-activate it in my new steam account?

Thanks

Why not just use your old account?

No. You would need to login to the old Steam account.

Yeah, why can't you just use the original account? Did it get VAC Banned or something?

I was just wondering if I can pull in the Half Life game into my current account with all my other games. Just trying to do some house cleaning.

Thanks for the feed back - I'll just use my old account.

Wait, so your newest account, has all your games you bought? If so, then I would just use that, and buy Half-Life again :P.

you should have a friend invite on your steam a/c, when we are both online i'll invite you to trade then i'll just give the voucher over.
