It directed me to a German language version of the signup page.

Strikes me as odd that that site is allowed to detail GW2 stuff despite there being a blanket NDA in effect

The previous beta event (from ~Feb 17-19 for press) NDA prevented showing any information before Monday, Feb 20, as well as certain other parts of the game that Total Biscuit mentioned in his announcement weren't even worth mentioning in his opinion.

So all the information you're seeing most likely didn't break the NDA, unless it was posted prior to the 20th.

As for upcoming betas, it remains to be seen what their NDA entails.

I'd recommend the coverage from the Yogscast and especially Totalbiscuit on Youtube.

They have tons of videos of the Press Beta and they're still uploading them, even if they deliver the content in two different ways.

The Yogscast is more relaxed and tries to have the most fun as possible while talking about it, while Totalbiscuit is way more professional and precise with the informations that he delivers about the game.

In both cases, great stuff. Perfect if you want to know as much as possible about the game.
