25% faster reload.

75% smaller clip.
Looks like the M72 LAW rocket launcher.

So instead of running at about 80% of everyone, I'm running around about 85%/96% (I have no idea how the mechanics of TF2 work) with a decently faster reload speed and one rocket at all time? Is there a particular reason for that?

I don't really see the point. A 5% speed increase would be barely noticeable and besides that the Soldier's slow movespeed is a class limitation meant to be overcome by strategic use of rocket jumping.
As for the 25% faster reload speed, by giving up 3/4 of your clip to begin with you effectively negate any benefit this might create.

Ok, well I see that most of you have some problems with my idea, but no real suggestions on how to fix/balance it.

I will try to mess with the stats a bit and make it better, but I will still want some input.

The idea itself is bad. Having a singular, quickly reloaded rocket launcher doesn't bring anything new to the table, and is just a boring +stat -stat weapon.

You know the Direct Hit? It has a unique attribute. It's interesting. You know the Frontier Justice? It has a unique attribute. It's interesting. You know the Backburner... see where I'm going with this?

Eh, as AwesomeSauce already stated, as long as it's -3/4 clip, + 25% reload it's going to be bland, and quite honestly boring.

I see you changed it to now have faster weapon switch speed and more knockback, which I assume is meant to give it more synergy with the Shotgun, and especially the Reserve Shooter. Only problem is the RS blows for Soldier and is nothing more than a crappy gimmick.
I have the same problem with this as I do with any suggestion to give more knockback for RLs: it's pointless. As a Soldier you want to have people close so you can maximize damage, especially if you're going to be using a shotgun.
Regardless, popping someone into the air just to shoot them with the shotgun is much less effective than simply shooting another rocket at them, which is why I think it's pointless.
