Confirmed on WEE forums

"Last update of the night because... the game is available!

Basically the game is available on Steam main server and they are now deploying it on each of their servers all over the world. Which means that you may have to wait a bit more to get the game depending on where you are located.

mines not downloading says steam servers are to busy shall i just wait or keep trying ?

Yeah, did the same. it worked for me. Try any other US server`?

For me it started downloading but then stopped and now wont download at all no matter if i change to US servers

Downloaded the full version but still cant log in.

it's letting me log in now after I verified my email with steam. Im in the UK and
the game is unlocked .

I was level 21 now I am Level 1

Well it is pretty normal that Beta Content get's wiped.
