Screen brightness is driving me nuts. Is this better to play as suggested, really really dark? When game is launched it suggests to reduce brightness to point of making that symbol barely visible but then game is really dark to point of navigation without flashlight hard lol. When upping brightness its too bright on accasions.

Did you guys have issues with this? Which is better bright or very dark?

I just left it the way the game set it. Yah, had to use the flashlight a lot but that's OK.

Have faith in your own personal judgement and perception in the matter.

I typically leave ♥♥♥♥ at default unless it's too dark. Never once had a game be too bright in 30+ years of personal computer electronic interactive gaming unless I cranked the gamma to the maximum. And that's to be expected. Crts dim over time so of coarse developers would permit increasing your gamma. Have faith in yourself!

It's the profanity filter/censor here on the Steam forums. Anything it deems "dirty" will be turned into pink hearts. Typically, any "four letter word" is a no-no here, and that's why your post contains those pink hearts.

My game on dev suggest brightness looks like this (not my video) or little darker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=ADVLaN1au_8 Skip 3:46 and start watching. Isn't that too dark?

Now when i have played little further i must say that lights are messed in this game. There are pitch black corners near light sources and most lamps are so bright it looks like standing next to god lol. Its actually impossible to adjust brightness to optimal for this game because on some room its good and next its either too dark or too bright.

This is first game i have ever got this much trouble because of lights
