If you're selected to be part of the closed beta then it'll automatically appear in your steam client (you'll also receive an email and a steam notification). Once it's there just double click it to start the download.

i have already done the survey and i dont have the game in steam libery

Then now you need to wait for Valve to invite you into the beta. Completing the survey doesn't automatically get you into it.

You have to wait to see if you get included/invited into the beta program. If you don't, then there is nothing you can do.
