There is an difference in 'Slightly missing your enemy' and 'Missing him while he is almost standing still and manage to swing yourself right before his gun'.

Oh, right, the Pyro thought, I didn't bring my axtinguisher with me. He rolled his eyes at his own carelessness, just to make most of his last few moments on Earth.

The Heavy yelled out "OH MY DEAR SANDVICH!" The Pyro turned, confused. The Heavy smiled and said "Made you look." as he cut the Pyro to ribbons with his mini-gun.
