Lightbulb "remember me" feature on steampowered.com

My Google Chrome browser will not prompt to save my Username and Password on the site: http://steamcommunity.com
And I must enter everytime I acces the site the user and pass, that is useless for me(no one acces my pc) and takes time (long complicated password)

I want next time when i go to the page, the fields are automatically completed

Chrome does that sometimes. Not a problem of Steam client.
It won't automatically display the credentials, and it won't ask you to save them because they are already saved.

Try to delete the SPUF entry from the saved passwords, and login.

You can use the following script to prevent the Steam store from forgetting you. You'll need either Firefox (with GreaseMonkey) or Chrome to use it.

iv just reinstalld win n installing all steamgames over again, think lil bug:
altho i tell it to put shortcut to desktop before it starts downloading, it doesnt do it with all the games, no shortcut for like 1/4 of them! so afterwards after its done loading...and starts downloading, i haveto right-click - properties and Create desktop shortcut manually for it to happen.

also would save much time with some bulk- actions like mass-install, mass-defrag, mass-verify-integrity etc. instead of doing it manually and waiting soo many hours cos of all the slow loading and stuff..pretty lame this way as it should b easy to fix?

ye also the dam client freezes up and crashes now and then, especcialy with lots of games loading at once on it when one of them finishes downloading and im doing something (like chatting)! afraid it corrupts some files as its installing..hopefully not but.... doesnt look good

thats all for now. l8rs

There is no remember me option on the Steam store or Community. You'll have to enter your details every time you re-open your browser.
There should be an option like that though, maybe a temporary one(7 days before you must re-enter details maybe)

It's only 7 lines of code, which you can view. It just set's the cookie Valve uses to remember you to not expire for a year.
