Possible Inventory Bug?

Regarding the Horadrik Lutefisk cube, and infact any incident where an item is put in your bag automatically..

It says it does, but then doesn't.

For example, using the Horadrik to turn a bunch of items into Lutefisk, I get the announcement "You put Lutefisk in your bag" but there isn't any in my bag. This happens whether or not my bag is open or closed. Re-opening it doesn't do anything, nor reloading.

Wondering if this is known or intentional (like a hidden currency)?

Are you sure the Lutefisk isn't on your belt? (Bottom left item bar)

That explains the other items, but nope the Lutefisk should have been stacking with the single lutefisk in my inventory as my Item bar is full.

New character roll seems to have fixed it though.
