Is the MOD update server down?

My mods stopped updating in the Skyrim Launcher an hour or two ago. Getting the usual error 16.

Ditto. Also can't cloud sync.

I started Skyrim about an hour ago and again just now to check, no problems with auto-checking and sync down here in Aussie land. Could be a specific server or servers that had got a touch of the hiccups?
