strange error

Something goes terribly wrong with my results for level 1:
I done it on rank A and then on S, later even on S+ - bud after restart, it shows back the A rank, but all prisms for that level - and even if I get S+ again, it will not override the weird A rank (it even blink as S or S+). I thought that it will maybe repair itself, but afer I completed all other levels (normal, bonus and egtended) I got Double Rainbow, but not Rainbow!
What should I do?

-Try not dying? All I can think of. And nineteen seconds is a long time for that level.

That's not the problem - even if I complete the level on S+ (0 deaths, all prisms, araound 7 seconds) it shows rank S+ on the end screen for level, but in the summary still is that strange blinking A (and the time is still 19 seconds

)

I am having the same problem. Is there no response from Two Tribes on this? I'm running the Mac version of that makes any difference.

you should contact the developer directly via e-mail & open a support ticket with them. posting on a forum is not the correct way to go about getting official support.
