Whats this coupon stuff I've been hearing about? Haven't been on steam in a while and in store is says there are coupons. Checked my inventory and didn't get any such coupon.

Coupons were available as prizes for completing objectives during steam's winter sale. They offer xx% off certain games / publishers but will expire on Thursday.

Edit: You don't have any coupons because:

1: You didn't complete any objectives during the winter sale
OR
2: You completed objectives but got free games / TF2 items / Coal instead.

they were given away in the Holiday sale/event.
Check the trading section as they're starting to be given away as the expiry date gets closer.

They were made available during the x-mas sale. Nice little promotion for games and bundles and such.
