I can't hear sound effect in Demo version.

I like sound effect in Hoard.

So I download demo version.

But I can't hear sound effect

Is it some sound bug in demo version only?

I would like buy one...But I afraid can't hear sound effect either in full version.

Nope, this seems to be a nasty bug that affects the full version too.

Sometimes I can hear sound effects for 1-2 seconds, but then they're gone.
Some times I get static noise and then they're gone.

Apparently, it's some bug with the OpenAL drivers.
There is a workaround here, but that might mess up other games that use OpenAL.

If you don't play any other OpenAL games, or you don't bother switching around files, you might want to try it.
