Server TF2 crash by "PreMinidumpCallback: updating dump comment"

Hello i have lots of problem on my TF2 server since few day.

The server crash with this error.
I try to repair et reupdate but nothing! it fail again!
I dont know what to do!

when i go back to the screen for a crashed server, i can doing nothin in the screen... it is frozen!

The only problem that I see here is that your SourceMod installation is not updating for some reason. You should grab the latest stable release from SM and manually update.

i have the last 1.4.1 version... i dont understand why its bug...!

i put the stable 1.4.2 version... same error...

try renaming your addons folder and see if the server will run properly vinnila mode.
