Using Two enb mods at Once

Alright so I see two screenshot sets for superl3 enb series and atmospheric enb series and I see that in superl3 things close up look more realistic and with the atmospheric series things far away look much better than in superl3. My question is : Will it cause problems to have two enb mods running at the same instance?

You can't. ENB settings require specific files be placed in your skyrim root directory. Putting another ENB mod in there would simply overwrite the old one.

The superl3 enb has an optional file to turn off the depth of field which is what causes the blur in the background. I use it this way and it looks awesome. The screenshots were taken with bokeh depth of field enabled so it looks really blurry as the distance increases. Just install manually and use the ssao no dof option and get rid of the blur.

I wouldn't use ENB's SSAO either. Looks bad and hits performance harder. If you have an nvidia card, use SSAO in your driver settings!

Which SSAO profile are you using? I haven't tried the new Skyrim ssao in Nvidia since the new drivers were released. Is that the one you are using or a different one?

Well, I tried the ssao for Skyrim in Nvidia Inspector on quality and I have to say I still like the enb ssao better. That is one of the biggest draws for enb is its ssao. Everyone has different tastes and opinions of course so I would just recommend everyone try both to see which you prefer. With a few tweaks to enb it is not nearly as much of a performance hog as some default settings and still looks really good. Like I said though to each their own. Enjoy your game and find what works for you. If everyone liked the same thing there would be no need for so many different styles of mods to begin with. Later!
