Assassin's Creed Revelations Ubisoft Game Laucher Error

Ok. so after completing ACR i decided to play the other AC games but when i wanted to play ACR again (after installing the other games of course) i couldn't launch the game and it gives me a message saying: "Unable to find Ubisoft Game Laucher, please re-install Assassin's Creed Revelations. Ubisoft Game Laucher: Error code 3"
so i re-installed the game and seems that the UGL didn't changed of got fixed.
I f anyone knows how to fix this problem please respond or send a link to download the original UGL file for ACR.

i'm afraid that this will happen again when i try to play the upcoming AC3.
