CS:GO Beta dont install/ download

Hello,

I have a stupid problem. My CS: Go Beta download is not complete and can not be installed. Look at my screenshots.
I have the cache files already deleted and downloaded again 2 times. The problem is the download can not go on, always 0 bytes.
In my Steam folder, the game is still in the downloads folder and not installed. I verficy game chache 10times it says allways 100% done. I also Deleted all Game Chache Files 2 Times and downloaded it new! I have CS: Go even downloaded on my laptop and there it was not as though there was never installed Steam.

Verify game cache.
If that doesn't work delete and re-dl.

I removed AppUpdateStats.blob, ClientRegistry.blob too! It dont works. Can some one please help me??

Just curious, if you set your Steam in English language and start the download of CS:GO.. will it work ?

Just curious to know.. it might be something with the language since its still a beta.

I have set my language and download area to English before, but i dont finished the Download too. It only crashed my Cod Mw3 games, now it downloads again :/.
I do not know maybe if I completely delete the game files Chache then put everything in English and re-downloading it may go?

I really wanna play the Beta and help Valve to make the game better!

Set your country to somewhere like Slovakia or Thailand. That sometimes helps me out when downloads hang.

I allready tryed to set my Country to USA New York, but it dont downloads anything, when i go on Steam with my mouse there ist not Downloading CS:GO. There is Steam is working...

Do you have the CS Global offensive folder in your common folder?

No that is the Problem, the game dont install... The funny thing is I allways try to Download CS:Go then there is allways downloading 0bytes/s. Then there is any other Game Update it downloads without any Problems. This Bug is only on CS:Go

EDIT:

WTF? Right now i clicked on PLAY CS:GO now the download starts from zero again. Maybe Steam did something? I really hope...

Yea i installed it on my Fathers Notebook, there was never Steam installed before, and ther was the same Error, it downloads and downloads and then on 97% the download stops 0bytes/s... I think i tryed everything i dont know what is happend there :<

Thanks for trying to help me but i think its a harder Problem, it fails allways on the same Place 1,930... MB

maybe a problem with the steam servers, you should wait a few hours maybe it will be fixed

also, you could contact steam support

Damn, after the CS:Go Update it still dont work! It dont download the Rest again. STEAM IS WORKING ;(
