battle filed 2 unexpected crash

this is the second time in a row ive gotten a full game crash. the issue has never happened before and it the game works because ive got 60 plus hours on it before so its not my computer

hard to help ya without some info.specs,are you getting an error or anything.to come on here and say that covers alot of issues...
