Anyone have problems finding sever

I'm forwarding all the port but i see only 21 sever for this game and most of it is empty so any help

There's nothing wrong with it,there's only a few servers for this game,and usually there are 2 servers that have players playing on.It's because its a not well known game,that's why only a few players on it.
