Spore Complete $10 More Than Individual Price?

I just noticed that if you get Spore Complete, it costs around $70, but only $60 if you buy them separate. WTF?

I noticed the same thing... any words from Valve about this? Retail version seems to be more expensive so this doesn't happen.
