Cistern pipes missing (Possible locale spoilers, if not at CIstern just don't open )

So I'm basically finished with the Control Room puzzle, I am just missing a piece of pipe. I have thoroughly searched EVERY single room, and even cranked up the brightness to make sure I couldn't possibly miss it, but only TWO piece of pipe exist in my game somehow, so I cannot finish it.

Has anyone else run into this? Or does anyone have a precise location list for each piece? This is driving me wild and I swear mine has just glitched and lost some pipe.

Fixed.. apparently it's a relatively common glitch where one of the pipes falls through the world when you grab it, reloaded to just finishing the prison and re-completed the cistern.
