Does HeXen use Steam Cloud?

Ok, now this would be the most silly question, BUT!

I installed HeXen on Windows 7 and Steam downloaded some extra files ("Syncing game") and then my save from Windows XP is usable.
So it seems while it never is stated anywhere, HeXen uses Steam Cloud.

Can anyone confirm?

Yep, id updated all their classic games to use Steam Cloud around QuakeCon of last year.
