Shank 2 black screen problem

I have recently bought Shank 2. Menu appeared. I have started new game, but after loading I hear sounds of cutscenes and see the black screen. Game runs good after skipping cutscene. How can i fix this? Game with black screen insthead of cutscenes is so booring

I have FX-4100 CPU, 8Gb RAM, 9600GSO(512Mb) videocard, Win7-64bit.

P.S. I think problem is related to the Bink video codec, but i can't find the way to fix it
