My Shogun 2 keeps going to not responding on loading screen for full details:

Ok this is what happened:

Shogun 2 was working fine when i was using my dedicated graphics (nVidia GeForce 9200) and I wanted to upgrade my graphics card so I got a nVidia GT 430 2GB.

Ever since i installed this graphics card my game wont load!

What happening is, i load the game the little pic comes up (total war shogun 2 loading) and then the game cursor will appear then a min later it will go back to the normal windows cursor because game has gone into not responding...

Really miss playing this game people need help!!!

Got my dxiag file if you like too see it.

You don't say whether or not you totally cleared out the drivers for the old card.
