I didn't get my mount

Did you check the stables? If you did and still don't have it, submit a support ticket to Atlus.

I checked the stables again and still no mount. Filed a Support ticket and got some Customer Service rep saying they are investigating the matter.

Should I feel blown off by atlus?

Update. I was blown off. And all because I returned with an account I played a now dead mmo(NeoSteam) with. Some welcome back eh.

Hehe. I had a similar problem. I contacted the support and here is the answer:

According to our records this account is an Atlus Online account. The promotion was for players who registered with STEAM. Unfortunately since this account does not meet the requirements for this promotion we will be unable to help you.

Lololol. I got the key from steam. Didn't know you could make an account via steam? How can people with accounts from steam then play on the same server with other people if there are 2 different type of accounts??? Strange. Shouldn't they all use the same database? Shouldn't matter where you registered. I always prefer the official website and download.

I made my account within the time of the promo but I made it via the official website and downloaded the client there because I don't want to start steam each time I play the game(I usually don't have it started cause I rarely play games that need steam and that I only can play via steam). Seems this was not okay. I thought this was to get players to play the game. So as long as you have the promo code from steam it shouldn't matter if you made the account there or via their website.

I'm too wondering why it worked then and gave me the other items... now I stopped playing. A bit too much walking in this game. Mount could have helped. But it is not that good. Just another average grind game. Not that good that I want to play it and grind enough to buy a mount.
