Milk is OP

Isnt it? I can stand in front of a heavy and as long as my aim is alright (not hard because hitscan vs. heavy's model) and im not standing still, i can completely take him down.

What do you guys think? Am I off mark?

Also, would milk be more balanced if it functioned like bonk!/Crit-a-Cola?

Yes, yes it is.

Milkman makes it approximately 20% more OP. No seriously, it adds 20% of a Scout's health.

Implying you can tank them? Because I call major bull.

Mad Milk is good, but I prefer pistol overall; sidegrade imo.
Alot of casual Scouts prefer Mad Milk simply because you need pretty good track aim to justify using the pistol.

You cant tank 100% of the damage, but you can take them down with a little dodging and decent aim, without having to get the drop on them.

With the Shortstop you can tank a Heavy's Minigun fire at medium range thanks to Milk

And that's assuming 100% accuracy from both sides, not just the Scout's

Yes, milk is OP because it's healthier than soda and tastes pretty decent too

God I should get better material

Yeah, probably. But it was already nerfed, so it's unlikely that Valve will nerf it again any time soon.

I thought the heavy was OP?

Now he isn't, and milk is?
SPUF, you can't keep throwing these curve balls. I already was ready to join the 'lets rage mindlessly about the deadringer' party

I love the milk. I can take out overhealed heavies right in front of his medic, if the heavy is dumb and can't aim properly. (Which is 75% of pub heavies.)

The milk is also useful for trolling pyros by putting out your fire.

But, overpowered it is not. You lose a pistol, ya know. Even if you use the Scattergun, those 6 shots run out pretty fast before you are stuck on a reloading spree. It just depends on whether you want utility or fast damage output.

It doesn't matter. Scout is hit 'n' run anyway. Deal around 500 damage, heal around 300 damage, off to reload and recharge milk.

Or you could just use the Shortstop for the set.

Losing a secondary with Scout & Soldier always get me. When I run Pistol/Shotgun, I almost never use them. But when I run Milk/Gunboats, I suddenly miss the backup option.

But anyway, I would call Milk overpowered. Losing a Pistol is somewhat harsh, but Mad Milk's effects are just ridiculously good, especially compared to other "loss of Pistol" secondaries like the balanced Bonk! Atomic Punch or the UP Crit-a-Cola.
