steam wallet not working since latest patch ?

is the steam wallet not working since latest patch in STO ? , tried to buy some c-points and it said something about still processing my last purchase . that worked 4 days ago when i purchased some then , tried to buy the new fed ship .

just checked my account and it said failed transaction about 6 times , something is not right

I have the same problem.
There theems no help from steam arround.
