Myst 3 and 4?

So now that Myst 5 is on Steam, I have to ask... where are Myst 3 and 4?

I originally played everything up to Myst 3 (which, I thought, had some of the best puzzles of the first three games), and now I have Myst 5, but what about filling in the blanks with Myst 4? And what about those who didn't get to play Myst 3?

I think it may have something to do with the fact that Myst 3 and Myst 4 weren´t developed or published by Cyan,but by Presto studios(Myst 3)and Ubisoft(Myst 4,both development and publishing).

So I have the feeling that it may be copyright related,though I´m not sure,but since those are the only two games not developed by Cyan I wouldn´t be surprised if that was the case.
