Is a quad-core processor recommended for this game???
I was beginning to wonder because if post-level instant replays show multiple meat boys used to reflect the number of lives used, then at least 500K deaths in a level could be enough to render so many sprites on the screen that will cause a normal PC to crash. Since I am expecting thousands of deaths on some of the later levels, then I'm hoping that at least a quad-core 3.0 GHz processor and a video card with at least 1024 MB memory would be enough to handle such situations. Perhaps an Alienware PC would run stable with over 750K sprites on the screen?

afaik the replays don't show all of your efforts, there is a limit.
Forgot how many tries it shows but think it was around 30. So a quad Core for this game is definitely not necessary |
