Any way to silence staff advice?

Anyone know if there's a way(Setting, Config, Mod, etc) that
stops the staff from giving advice when you're clicking around
in your Home-Base?

I can left-click on their image (as they speak) to stop them
temporarily from speaking, but if I go to another page and
come back, they'll start chattering on about the same thing.

It was cute for about an hour, but now it's just getting on
my nerves... lol

I think you can disable them in the Strategy View options.
