FM keeps closing back to desktop on startup

So, everytime I launch Football Manager 2012 it keeps shutting itself down. It passes that spashscreen, then gets to the licenses screen and it closes back to desktop. I don't know what to do, it's been like that since yesterday. Please help

I have exactly the same problem, and I'm in the middle of trying to find a fix for myself. I'll come back to this thread and tell you how I fixed it.

I have purchased FM2012 on Steam an cannot open it.
It comes up with a crash dump error every time.
I have forwarded all the info including a dxiag report of my pc files, but as yet no solution.

Are you running any kind of anti-virus or spyware scanning software?

I have the same problem, but Im was using the Steam Beta. Now I keep out from the last beta and my game work again. The beta IS crashig the game. Just keep out of it.

Its not only FM. Other games have the same problem.
