Is anyone else haunted by the OST?

So, having completed Bastion a couple days ago, I find myself continually listening to the OST, the pieces with lyrics in particular. 'Mother, I'm Here', 'Build That Wall', and 'Setting Sail, Coming Home' in particular.

These damned songs are haunting me, every time I listen to them they're emotionally moving, thinking of the story and the character's tales. I can't help myself though, I probably listen to them each 5-8 times a day.

Anyone else?

They were very moving peices of music, especially used in their contexts within the game/story, and they did leave a mark on me as well after my initial playthrough (beat it a second time, with different choices, in a large part for the songs before I bought the soundtrack). I havn't listened to them as often as you seem to be though; I'm at about 14 for each song overall on itunes

The only other music that I was moved enough to buy after hearing it used in a game/movie was the OST by Explosions in the Sky from Friday Night Lights (probably my favorite all-time movie), which moves me even more than these songs do

Yep, I even ordered the disc version of the OST, came with a download link too. It's nice to have it up on my bookshelf.

Just an FYI, till you CAN afford it you can visit Bastion's (or was it Supergiant Games?) page on facebook and listen to it for free.

I did the same till I could afford it myself. Then I bought it. Now I own it. Listen to it every so often. Never stops being awesome.

This album is the most played while I drive.

These songs have conquered a place in me.

Yes. I absolutely love Zia's and Zulf's themes. Can't stop listening to them.

Yeah excellent soundtrack, I paid more for the soundtrack than I did for the game.

The character themes are some of the only songs that I can listen to over and over and never get tired of. It's just amazing, especially for a video game. I don't even usually like this kind of music.

I listened to the soundtrack before I even played the game and it really created a connection before I had even started playing. For the past few weeks I listen to the full soundtrack on the bus into and home from work everyday. Hour long bus ride fits perfect with the hour long soundtrack. It also doesn't distract me while I try to read.

Definently one of my favorite releases in general. I keep coming back to it, and have actually got my family hooked on it too!
