a couple of questions

1. how many prestiges are there in this game? i am at 15 but i can still prestige?

2. if i reset my stats does it also reset my rank on the leaderboards and my KPD?

1. Currently there are 15 prestiges, but they will add another 5 soon. You can prestige even if you are at 15 but this is a bug, it will put you back on level 1 prestige 15, so don't do it.
2. If you reset your stats, it resets EVERYTHING. It would be just like the first time you started mw3.

That's not completly true, when i was on about 20 hours of multiplayer some glitch or a hacker had the ability to ♥♥♥♥ me and people on my match, losing 1 million points for kill. Activision didn't want to reset my stats so I rank on a hacked dedicated server getting 1 million points again for kill. When I was on prestige 10 I reset everything but in the rank of the leaderboards (still now) I've got just about 10 million points in FFA.

It really glitches if you prestige above 15? Sounds like the DEVS just put those extra prestiges there to filter the hackers lol...

im at almost 350 hours at prestige 5, and i see constantly people 10th prestige and higher prestiges with under 500 hours, its simply impossible. anyone who has under 500 hours at over 10th prestige is a DEFINATELY a booster, or prestige hacked.... Although i suppose if i bought those double XP mountain dews or whatever, if they worked for pc, alot of them, and used them ever since i played MW3, i could be at prestige 10 with 350 hours then. But not level 80 prestige 10
anyway, my point being, the most common hack in COD is prestige hack

No, not really. It takes me around 25 hours for one prestige, right now I am prestige 15 level 80 with 14 days and 7 hours played. That is 343 hours for 15 prestiges.
