looking for a low-mid skill competitive heavy [North America]

the title says it all. we have our highlander team, all we need now is the heavy. please structure your post like this:

steam ID
hours played competitive
hours in heavy
time zone
hours you can play (i.e. when on weekdays and when on weekends)
reasons we should pick you
anything not included above, but you think is important
