How do I gain access to DLC

Just bought the game and the DLC for it. Problem is, is that I can't access any of it. There is no challenge map on the main menu. I also can't access the Batman costumes either. I tried using the code, LLDDLLRUUD (L=Left R=Right D=Down U=UP) but that doesn't work. I also can't access the free Batman suit from Games for Windows Marketplace which I did download. For those people who are trying to find the answer to this question and found this thread first, here is one with the actual answer:

Press home to get into GFWL - press 'settings' and click redeem code. Make sure your product code is copies to the clipboard from steam, and just CTRL V when it asks you to type it in, then hit enter. From there download it.
