AoE:Region locked ?

Hi, is there any posible way to play this game even if it's region restricted...btw i dont see why is restricted and f2p? why is it region restricted then ? We realy want to play this game

Country Serbia (it doesnt even exist in steam application,only as Yugoslavia, former )
