Lobbies and PUGs in Asia?

Look, i have been playing Team Fortress 2 for a while now and in fact have gotten pretty good with all the classes. I want to take the next step forward and play in lobbies with higher tier players and more communication within the team. But i live in Asia and have been unable to locate any lobbies where i will actually have decent ping.

Does anybody know of any lobbies or PUG servers in Asia? It would really help me out.
