Unknown Windows API Function

well i cannot play mw now cause i keep getting this error, i bought this game with mw3 and from day1i have had endless problems, i dont have any spyware or anything conflicting apps, as i have done a nice fresh install with steam and this game ... and i managed to fix all the other nasty`s but this one

any ideas?

Are you running windows 8? I have the same problem and I am running windows 8 and from what I can find with google it seems to be a punkbuster problem with beta OS's windows 7 beta had the same problem.
