It's unimaginable how much rage this game generates in a normal human being. Not having these symptoms ? Scour across other topics in this forum to get with the program.

Still not suffering seething fury ? Try these self-help methods.

- Previous MK release (4) had CUSTOMIZABLE CONTROLS ! That's right, you could customize which ♥♥♥♥ing button to push to move left, right, and so on.

- Previous MK release had gamepad support. Doesn't matter what kind of ancient ♥♥♥♥ you hook up, it worked. No hassle, no bull♥♥♥♥ 360 controllers. Anything will do. Even a gravis gamepad worked. You could even hook up a steering wheel (!) I ♥♥♥♥ you not, the game accepted just about anything. This doesn't even accept the ♥♥♥♥ING KEYBOARD (see previous reason)

My black heart beats with the drums of despair upon seeing this atrocious release. It makes me want to attempt a refund and plain re-install MK3 from the CD again just so i can choose whatever control method i want, play hotseat, and not be ♥♥♥♥ing bothered by these so called "extras" that don't add much but immesurable amounts of grief (mp failures) and woes (game not starting b/c of live, control issues, and so forth)

To WB, i say, a middle finger cake for you. Try not to ♥♥♥♥ up your next release, kthnx.

I just happen to enjoy this release. Playing through internet is a blast. Also playing with friends is fun, while you are drunk.

-Keyboard works with player 1. Use XBOX-controller emulator to use any controller you like, even a steering wheel.

Seems that only controls and controllers are your problem. The fact the game has best support for XBOX controller, is the fact it uses Microsofts games LIVE-system. So blame LIVE, not the game itself.
