There are a few youtube or online sources for going through that achievement. I had to use it for mine, there's one that is well and truly difficult to locate.

That's not what you do with them. You need to find a location in the area that the static or song changes to a 'transmission' sound fx and then you get the counter for it.
Also - note well that you must FINISH THE GAME FIRST and go through the ending (the updated ending, after the update before p2 shipped) and start a new game. That will trigger the potential for the radios to show up and work for the achievement. |

Me too, I wanted to make those two achievements, and I've done it.
Radio: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/934386-portal/faqs/59961 Camera: http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/934386-portal/faqs/50725 Some of the radios are not visible at first, you really need to follow instructions to find them. Good luck! |

Yeah that one was part of the original version. The Transmission one came only after the update.

If you play the game and see a radio with a green light already, it means you've done that one.

This is true, but each time the game is restarted, they are all reset and become red again. Since there is no way to move backward in the game from one chamber to the previous chamber, you can't retrace your steps and find the one that is missing. Best advice when one is missing, is to start all over at the beginning and manually track on paper where you found each radio. Sooner or later you will find the missing radio. Using "Saved" games can help you save time from having to replay the early chambers where you have found the radios. |
