With Easter 2 week event I have seen many shops selling small eggs for 200 million or even 400 million mana.
Luckily for you, before buying the egg from the shop, move your cursor on the egg and you'll see it's real value.

As far as I know only the small and humongous eggs do anything, so I wouldn't be surprised to see people buying those ones for 200 million or more so they can collect enough for the rewards. I make 200 million mana far more easily than I can find those damn eggs

People aren't scamming people by charging 200 - 400 million mana.

It's a rare item that users need to collect a lot of; and as there current;y aren't many in existence the price is going to be high. Only when more and more are found will the price drop.

its not that rare I have found 5 today alone and was not the only one finding them on the maps

An items sell to vendor value is not representative of it's market value.

I decided to sell a few today. I was incredibly weak, and was struggling to get by. I have some decent gear that I've found through Mistymire, but no money to upgrade it, especially past the 30's.

I had 19 eggs at the start of the day, and have found 3 more today, and while I was debating whether or not to just get the few more needed for the costume, I decided with the upcoming patch, the eggs are going to be much more common (as they won't despawn instantaneously), so might as well take advantage of the economic climate while I can. Unless TE decides to nerf the spawn rate in response, getting the costume shouldn't be too big of a deal. The Mega-Chicken on the other hand...
