Can't reinstall?

Just went to reinstall after some system maintenance and it says it's not available...

Any ideas?

Have ya tried Verifying Cache Integrity? Or ya might have to re-install Steam.

Plus, the problem might be on Steam's end. They're definitely not omnipotent at keeping their stuff working.
