While Übermensch you can only be healed by your own items and your fellow Übermensch

When you deploy the "uber" both you and the patient share each others purest genetic material and magic, transforming both medic and patient into Übermensch versions of the patient (same loadout)

Because of this you gain great benifits (basically most usable secondary abilities consumables) such as:

Battalions backup like defense (crit protection and damage reduction)
Minicrits for all weapons
Medic HP regen
Backstab immunity
50+ max HP
Faster run speed (like the disciplinary action)

Finally being near your fellow Übermensch heals both of you, if one of you should die you will have to go without this healing (other than personal items and medic hp regen) as your perfect body will reject mundane lesser healings.

This effect last longer than a regular uber as you are being a selfish selfish battle medic.

At any time you may taunt to turn back into regular old medic to continue healing others.

Be selfish while actively helping your team! Or just have fun!
