What are rage points?

It seems to be a bit different than in Heroes 5.

I just started the Stronghold campaign, Sandor's Heroic Strike is called 'Blood Calls Blood', and the description reads: The hero's attack increases rage points (current) by __.

Is this the gauge for your 'Faction Ability', in this case 'Bloodrage'?

rage points accumulate every time you encounter an annoying bug in this unfinished game, or when you are unable to even play it the way you want because services on Ubisoft's end are down (things that you paid good money for). Then, once your rage meter gets high enough (which probably won't take long) it activates the Staples easy button, which you can hit to immediately launch a missile at Ubisoft's headquarters. I bet some people would like this lol....
