Unable to Trade

Not sure if it's just me but currently when I initiate a trade the trade box doesn't load up and just stays black. I've restarted steam and still have the problem. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Shift-tab to bring it back up

For some reason, my trade has been crashing within a second of bringing it up, and I've had to shift-tab literally 50 times to get the trade window to stay up long enough to get a trade done.

I know that shift + tab brings it up again. It doesn't matter if I exit back into game and then bring it back up. It's just not loading up either way for some reason.

On a possible related note I can't post in the Trading section anymore. It's telling me my steam ID must be linked and my account is not authorised. It's been linked for months and I've posted quite a few times there 0.0

Okay..so why is my ID no longer linked to my account?

Just tried to relink my account. It tells me I'm logging in from a new computer (I'm not) and I need to put in a code to log in. I put in the code and it just freezes as it's verifying it. (It just continuously loads.) Now I have no idea whats going on.

It was never linked, that action is permanent, my previous forum account got banned and I can't link my main account to any other forum account anymore.

I thought it was...Unless they just recently disallowed unlinked accounts to post in the Trade forum. Well I relinked my account but my main problem was being unable to trade...which stills seems to be a problem.
